As a graphic designer and artist, I’m delighted to create custom orders, from family or couple portraits to unique art designs. Prices vary depending on design details, so please contact me with your ideas for a quote and further discussion.
--- Processing Time ---
Each item is made to order. You have a 2-hour window to cancel after placing the order; beyond that, if production has started, only the shipping cost can be refunded. Typical processing time is 3–5 business days. For custom designs, I will share the design via Etsy chat for your approval before starting production, which then follows the 3–5 business day timeline.

USA: 9–12 business days
Europe: 10–15 business days
Canada: 12–15 business days
Other countries: 15–25 business days
If you need an expedited order, please let us know, and we can arrange an upgrade for faster processing and shipping.
--- Cancellations, Exchanges, and Returns ---
Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After this, only the shipping fee can be refunded, and the order will be marked as shipped with tracking noted as "shipping cancellation."
Exchanges: Due to the made-to-order nature of our items, we do not accept exchanges.
Returns: Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
Contact us within 2 days of receiving the item.
Return items within 21 days, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Items must be returned to our address in Vietnam.
Refunds will be processed within 24 hours once the item meets these conditions.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Spot Cleaning: For small stains or spills, gently spot clean the affected area using a mild detergent and water solution. Use a soft cloth or sponge to dab at the stain, avoiding harsh rubbing which may damage the fabric.
Hand Washing: If necessary, you can hand wash the cloak using cold or lukewarm water and a gentle detergent. Submerge the cloak in the water and gently agitate it to remove dirt or stains. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
Drying: After washing, gently squeeze out excess water from the cloak without wringing it. Hang the cloak to air dry in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight or heat sources. Avoid using a dryer as it may cause shrinkage or damage to the fabric.
Ironing: If needed, you can iron the cloak on a low heat setting. Use a pressing cloth or a clean towel between the iron and the fabric to avoid direct contact and protect any decorative elements or embroidery.
Storage: Store your Viking Style Cloak in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid folding or compressing the cloak for extended periods to prevent creasing. Hanging it on a sturdy hanger is a good option to help maintain its shape.
Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Refrain from using bleach or harsh chemicals on the cloak, as they may cause discoloration or damage to the fabric.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Production Time:
It takes approximately 3-5 (+1 day if you personalize) days to complete production and conduct quality checks for your order.
Product Quality Check:
The quality check process will take 1-3 business days. Once completed, we will send you a tracking number for you to track your shipment.
Shipping Time:
Your order will typically arrive within 7-14 business days (depending on the shipping method and your location). Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak holiday seasons, or if there are any delays caused by weather, public health issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Shipping time is calculated from the day the order is dispatched, not the day the order is placed.
📍 Tracking Information:
Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number via email so you can track your package online.
